Career Journey

Having completed MBA in marketing & Supply Chain Management from University of Dallas, TX with distinction, started as a Customer Care Associate. Experiencing the joy & benefits of driving excellence early in career, delivered benchmarked performance and eventually reached the current role : Director – Academics at Blue Ocean Corporation. Worked with widely recognized brands like HSBC HDPI, ITC Hotels & HCL(Saudi Arabia).

He served every organization with Passion & Purpose, rallying Continuous Improvement teams and supporting trained Six Sigma resources with their GB & Black belt projects. The work summary in India is as follows : A Best-in-class Hospitality App, 25+ projects as leader, 50+ projects as Mentor & need based Green Belt & Black Belt trainings.

Moved to UAE in 2018. Worked with a Private Equity brand managing their Business Excellence function, including Digital. Served as Business Excellence Head for multiple lines of businesses spanning F&B, Hospitals, Logistics & Education sector.

Currently serving as Director – Academics, supporting the Training & Consulting requirements of  supporting organizations : Build Capability & attend to gaps.
