Drawing parallel to this analogy/quote, Customer Success when simplified to the common understanding of most of the employees(minimum 80%), the organizations stands to gain from the alignment, contribution & involvement of the employee force.

The below 4 steps are a beginning to this exercise : To simplify Customer Success !!

Note : This is a Continuously improving exercise open to all feedback so we eventually arrive at no more than 9 steps/mantras/focus areas/ strategies or whatever we may want to call them that will support : Customer Success !!
